Known as “The People’s Marathon” the Blue Nose Marathon welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to promote and celebrate healthy living and active lifestyles. It is one of the most anticipated community events each year in Halifax.

Please note, strollers, baby joggers, baby backpacks/carriers and pets are not permitted on the course.

All prices are subject to 15% HST and online processing fee.
No Sweat Policy
Blue Nose is proud to offer registration deferment to the following year, in lieu of our no refund policy. A confirmed and paid registration can be cancelled for any reason up to 5:00pm on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd, 2021 and carried forward to the 2022 race year. Refunds are not permitted. Participants who wish to take advantage of the No Sweat Policy will be required to pay a fee of $17.50 + HST on adult events and $8.50 + HST on youth events upon registering the next year.
Blue Nose Marathon also offers the option to transfer a race registration. Transfers are subject to a fee of $1.95 + HST.
Transfers can be completed until 5PM on Thursday, Oct. 21th.

Virtual Run- Race Kit Mailed Closed
A virtual run can be completed from any location you choose. You can run, jog or walk on the road, or the trail or on the track. Available Distances are 5KM, 10KM, Half Marathon and Full Marathon. Your race kit, including your medal, will be mailed to you prior to Blue Nose weekend, and after you have completed your run and sent in confirmation of your time you will receive your digital Finished’er certificate!
