I am participating in the GoodLife 10km to not only surprise Big Brother Big Sister, but support Phil O’Hara and Brad Crossley. They were matched as a team by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Halifax in September 1977. They continue to stay connected for most of the years since - getting together weekly. This team has not missed a beat, even when Phil was diagnosed with cancer. Running the 10km together may look a little different but they got this! I am thrilled that I am apart of their team and can support them this adventure. Who would have thought a match over 40years ago would still be going this strong!
