Help Rob raise money

For the last 3 years I have been contributing towards @artinmotion10k and raising funds for SickKids Foundation . I've trained hard to give it my all. I have put my best foot forward and made top fundraiser 2 years in a row. 

This year I need YOUR help in creating a team to help make this year the most AMAZING year and helping  children who are in need. 

I want to thank you in advance for either your donation or joining the Amado.in.Motion team and helping me make a difference.  I am humbled and honored to have you by my side. To all my friends and family from coast to coast I look forward to making this year's race bigger than life than itself.  

 You can run virtually or in person....You can challenge yourself....You can bring a friend to run or walk along with you... You can choose a 2k or 5k or Join along with me and smash out 10km run!!! 

I will be with you the whole way,no matter what you choose whether simply donating or joining forces.
