RWC Virtual 5K
June 11-20, 2021
Join us for the first annual Realtors Who Care (RWC) Virtual 5K with all proceeds going to support our real estate community. RWC is a non-profit which supports Realtors first, people focused local charities and individuals in need, and NAR recommended disaster relief. Recruit your colleagues to support this great cause and run, walk, skip or hop a 3.1 mile course of your choice. Use the app link provided when you register, to track your race miles and time. Please make sure your race results are submitted by June 20 at 11:59pm. Sign up by May 19 to receive a free t-shirt. Sponsorship opportunities available. Bragging rights and an awesome trophy to the office with the most participants! Contact a member of the race committee for details.

FAQ
When can I run?
Run/walk any time from June 11 to June 20 at 11:59pm. Run’s must be uploaded by 11:59pm on June 20.
When does online registration close?
Register by May 19 to receive a free race tshirt. If you register after May 19 you may not receive a tshirt. Online registration closes on June 10, 2021 at 11:59 PM.
Can I donate without registering for the race?
Yes. Please contact a sub-committee member or WMLAR to donate.
May I transfer my bib number to someone else if I registered but can no longer participate?
No.
May I defer my 2021 registration to 2022?
Sorry no, we are not allowing race deferrals.
When and where is packet pick-up?
Monday, June 7 and Tuesday, June 8 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the WMLAR office - 12916 168th Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417 OR RE/MAX Lakeshore - 210 Central Ave, Holland, MI 49423 . Pick your location during registration. This cannot be changed after you register.
What are the age divisions?
There are no age group awards.
How is the event timed?
Once you register virtual runners will be sent a link to download the Run Keeper App. You will log your time and miles there.
Can I walk/run on a treadmill?
Unfortunately, the Run Keeper app tracks your mileage & time with GPS. So staying still on a treadmill will not work.
Are there awards for the races?
Yes. Awards will be given to individuals for first, second and third place winners with the fastest time using the Run Keeper App.
1st Place Individual Winner: $100 Gift Card and a medal
2nd Place Individual Winner: $50 Gift Card and a medal
3rd Place Individual Winner: $25 Gift card and a medal
A trophy and bragging rights for a year will go to the Real Estate office with the most registered participants. Trophy will be passed from year to year.
Will there be race day photos?
We encourage virtual runners to take photos of their run and upload them to the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors Facebook group, our photos page here and share on your social media. #RWCVirtual5K
