Help Oscar raise money

My buddy Oscar and I are running  5K May long weekend for something dear to my heart, MENTAL HEALTH. Our run and money raised will go to help purchase a support dog for a local youth dealing with mental health issues. I understand the struggle with mental health all too well, as does MANY of my family members. MH issues can be genetic, circumstantial, or can stem from a variety of factors or circumstances surrounding your life. For me it started with the stress of University, the passing of my mother, father and various loved ones, post partum depression with my first born and the list continues. I am forever thankful and grateful for those in my life who have been a constant support to me through all the difficult times. My family, love, prayers, friendships and of course my faith in God have gotten me through the lowest times in my life and have got me to a place where I can sense peace and freedom. MHI are not something that just magically disappear. I am constantly keeping my MH in check as little life changes (and big, COVID included) can cause quick changes. On our acreage I am blessed to have space, animals and nature/peace that surrounds me daily. Being out with the animals is therapeutic and renewing. Please help me provide this for someone else! Support dogs/animals can be someone's saving grace and lifeline. God bless and thank you in advance for your support!
