Event History
Coleman Greig Lawyers stands out as an innovative and progressive organisation, proud of our reputation as Greater western Sydney’s leading law firm and an integral part of the community.
| Coleman Greig launched the inaugural Coleman Greig GWS Executive Challenge. Tapping into the growing awareness amongst executives of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and the rising popularity of cycling and running, the Challenge raised $50,000 in its first year. Not for the faint-hearted, the Challenge showcased the stamina, endurance and physical fitness of staff from across the Western Sydney region with all funds raised going towards two fabulous charities. |
| We expanded the event to include a wider range of options for participants. Through event sponsorship and fundraising activities at the breakfast, we raised close to $60,000 for St Gabriel’s School and Northcott. |
| The Challenge doubled in size with 270 participants raising $110,000 for St Gabriel’s School and the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children. |
| My Westmead come on board as our third charity beneficiary and we raised $150,000 for St Gabriel’s School, Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, and My Westmead. |
| Welcomed 470 participants and raised an extraordinary $213,000 for St Gabriel’s School, Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, and My Westmead. |
| The most successful Challenge year to date, raising a record $231,000 for our three Charity beneficiaries St Gabriel’s School, Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, and Westmead Hospital Foundation. The event boasted 540 participants and close to 100 volunteers. |
| Achieved a significant milestone of surpassing a total of over $1 million dollars raised for children with special needs and newborn care throughout the history of the Challenge. |
| Was the first year our event went virtual due to the COVID-19 global pandemic and we raised an overwhelming $141,000 for St Gabriel’s School and Westmead Hospital Foundation. |
