A Spring into Summer Skills Sharpener

Introducing the CMTR Sixer Series, our first stab at the virtual ‘racing’ scene. We’ve produced scavenger hunts for the last year now, but this is something entirely different with a competitive flair.

We’re calling this a “Spring into Summer Skills Sharpener”, especially for those who are anticipating a return to racing this summer and fall season.

Six (6) weeks, from Monday May 17^th through to Sunday, June 27^th

Six (6) races of varying lengths and demands. An uphill race, a downhill race, a flat 10 miler, a hilly 25k, an undulating 20 miler and a 50k with at least 5000ft.

Your top 4 results will determine your ranking, meaning you do not need to race every distance if you do not want to.

Age-group categories <20 / 20-29 / 30-39 / 40-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60-64 / 65-70 / >70

Podium in every age group will receive custom CMTR Sixer Series wooden medals produced by Aravaipa Artworx.

Overall winners in each and every age category, male and female (20 total winners), will win a 2022 CMTR full season’s pass! This season’s pass circumvents any sold-out events, and is worth up to $1500 if you decide to race all events in the longest distances per race. The CMTR season’s pass will include all of:

Run Ridge Run / Cap Crusher / Diez Vista / TBA new race / Survival of the Fittest / Buckin’ Hell / Sky Pilot / Squamish50 / Whistler Alpine Meadows

All other podium finishers (2^nd place and 3^rd place) will receive draw prizes from our sponsors, along with their custom Sixer Series medal. PLUS we'll do two random draws from all participants for a 2022 CMTR Season's Pass. One female winner and one male winner.

Registration will include access to our online racer's portal, a race headwrap and an event sticker, a tree planted in your name via EarthDay.org, and a $5 donation to BC trail organizations.
