Are you running the Crystal Lake Half Marathon? Are you ready to step up your training cycle in 2021? Are you looking to increase your speed and reach for that coveted personal record? If so, Coach Megan at Smith Physical Therapy & Running Academy is here to help you!
This 12-week program is designed to help you run your goal race, the Crystal Lake Half Marathon, faster and with better technique! Here's what you'll receive:
*Personalized 12-week training program sent to you weekly
*Once a week meet ups, Wednesdays at 6pm, for a group run and guest speaker or technique work
*Technique and Form Training from Denise Smith, Running Technique Specialist, and Coach Megan Sloan
*Nutrition Consultation from Rachael Costello, Registered Dietician
*Strength Training from Kelly Tafoya, Personal Trainer
*Yoga Session from Carrie Tomasello, Certified Yoga Instructor
*Mental Health Coaching from Emily Kunash, Clinical Social Worker
*Crystal Lake Half Marathon running tank top
*Unlimited email access to Coach Megan, RRCA Certified Coach
Our end goal is make sure you not only FINISH the Crystal Lake Half Marathon, but that you do it FASTER than ever before, with phenomenal TECHNIQUE, and INJURY FREE!
Training program runs June 14-September 5, with weekly meetings at 6pm on Wednesdays.
