Arnold Food Pantry's 5K Race & 1 Mile Walk Tribute to First Responders
The Arnold Food Pantry's 5K run and 1 mile walk event is a Tribute to First Responders who are there when needed, no matter the danger and risk to them. Police, Firefighters, and EMTs/Paramedics may sign up for the race/walk at no cost to them. If you are a first responder interested in participating at no cost please email edfitzhenry.afp@gmail.com for a promo code. The band, Torchlight Parade, will provide entertainment throughout the morning. There will be raffles and other fun activities. Abundant Health Chiropractic will be on hand to offer chiropractic services. Many thanks to our sponsors Humana, Fireworks City, and many others. All proceeds go to the food pantry in its efforts to provide for those in need.

Award Info
Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the 5K, as well as medals for the top 3 in the following age groups:
9 & under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 & Over.
