Raise money for Amistad Canada
AMISTAD CANADA (AC) works to improve the lives of Mexicans-in-need through health and education projects delivered in partnership with twelve Mexican NGOs in three states.
Our projects include: mobile medical-dental services; healthy school meals; underwriting sick and disabled children’s medical costs; supplemental classes in literacy, computer skills, English and the arts; primary to post-secondary scholarships; seniors’ nutrition; school for the Deaf; and therapy centre for children with disabilities.
As well, many of our NGO partners have pivoted to feed Mexicans who have lost jobs and income because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
