Through these transformative programs, families are strengthened so they can keep kids at home, young people in care are provided access to enrichment opportunities like camp, sports and the arts as well as education supports to help graduate from high school and youth aging out of the child welfare system are empowered to overcome their trauma and successfully transition to adult life.
