Raise money for Canadian Mental Health Association
Funds raised for CMHA go toward National Programs and Services to those who are in need. WIth the pandemic we are in need of those services more than ever. CMHA is represented across all of Canada within 330 communities. Each community tailors their programming towards their local community needs. Your fundraising dollars will help support Canadians. 1 in 5 people have a mental illness, however 5 in 5 people have mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health.
