Help Rebecca raise money

For participating in 2021 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon

My Story…

About a year ago now I made the decision to get sober and quit smoking. One of my goals when I made this huge lifestyle change was to start running. But knowing myself I knew that I needed some sort of goal otherwise finding the motivation to run was going to be hard. So I started looking at different marathons and causes and by the time I found the courage to start running the season was almost over.

I knew that the MS Society of Canada was who I wanted to raise money for. Multiple Sclerosis has been a part of my life since I was a child. Someone very close to me is affected by the disease and I've seen first hand how hard living with it can be. Although this person always perseveres and maintains a positive outlook, I know that a cure would be the ideal for them.

I want to be able to give back some small amount as a way to say thanks for always showing me that no matter what cards you get dealt in life it's important to find the things that make each day a little better and that even when it feels impossible to keep going there is still always a way to get to tomorrow.

Any amount helps, if you can't donate, share my post. It's greatly appreciated!
