My Story…
This August 30th marks 30 years since I lost my Dad. His battle was with cancer. My battle has been dealing with the effects of grief and trauma at a young age. It took me many years, many losses, and many close encounters with friends and family struggling with mental health and addiction to understand the importance of taking care of yourself and your mental health. Grief and trauma, if not dealt with, will continue to affect your life, your loved ones, and your overall mental health. I am not a runner, but this year I am going to run for my life, lives lost, and for CAMH. If you can donate- thank you. My team is called Head Strong!!!
