In October 2021, I will be representing my family to participate in the Scotiabank Toronto Virtual Marathon to raise funds for Fountain of Love and Life (FLL). It is my first attempt to run the distance of a full Marathon (42km) within a month. Your generous support is greatly appreciated! Official electronic tax receipts will be issued for pledges of $20 or above.
Fountain of Love and Life is a Catholic multi-media evangelization ministry. Funds raised will be used to produce and broadcast TV and Radio programs promoting positive message and values among the Chinese community in Toronto and across Canada. Our program also promote cultural harmony through spiritual nourishment and the integration of both Chinese and Canadian cultures.

《生命恩泉》於2005年由一班華人天主教徒成立，首個目的是透過不同媒體，向全世界華人天主教社區傳揚福音。我們主要的工作是透過製作及廣播中文天主教電視、電台及多媒體節目以將天主的救恩廣傳，在不同媒體中成為天主教的聲音，令大眾明白天主教的真理，及竭力維護「生命文化」。我們亦致力教友培育的工作，推動福傳運動。除了不同媒體的節目製作以外，我們更積極發掘有效的新渠道及媒體用以傳播福音喜訊，我們其他的工作範疇包括網站及社交媒體福傳、外展及福傳活動、電話熱線、天主教音樂製作、書籍刊物出版、書舍門市、宗教及福傳產品推廣等等。除多倫多外，我們的團隊已發展到溫哥華、香港及多個主要北美城市。想欣賞我們製作的節目及各方面的靈修資料，可以登入《生命恩泉》網址（www.FLL.cc）。
