Our story…

Hello!

Welcome to Team Maddie Project 2021!

We are, once again, going to be raising funds to benefit youth mental health services at the North York General Hospital!

We do this in loving memory of our friend Maddie Coulter and in honour of her INCREDIBLE family, her brothers Zac & Sawyer, her grandparents Gary & Sandra German, her mom Nicole German, and her father Chris.

The world has been a hard place to be for the past 2 years and especially hard on young people. School-year disruptions and online learning, have further aggravated the struggles for youth struggling with mental health. Furthermore, the pandemic has caused enormous strain on our health care system and budgets are being stretched more than ever. We need to be the bridge to the other side of this.

Please help us meet our goal of helping some of the most vulnerable in our society by donating any amount!

This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 for inpatient and outpatient mental health services and facilities for children and youth at North York General Hospital. Join our 2021 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon team and help us go the distance for child and youth mental health at NYGH.  Join our team today!
