Military and Veteran families have a special place in Hercules' heart. As most of his friends know he has dedicated his "career" to offering love and support to the staff and clients of the MFRC. When he saw a chance to be able to support the great programming at the MFRC he was eager to help. Hercules has committed to completing 21 km over the next month is support of all his "friends"

The Trenton MFRC is proud of the unparalleled strength that our staff and volunteers have shown through their ongoing support of virtual programming and services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your donations go directly to the Trenton MFRC to continue to support the access and availability of programs and services for 4,400 military members and approximately 7,500 dependants living in the Quinte West region, like deployment and separation, childcare and mental health.
Now more than ever, the Trenton MFRC needs generous support from our community to help us meet the unique needs of our families, and every dollar makes a difference.
