MFRC offers a multitude of programs and supports for military families and individuals. I have accessed several resources through MFRC personally, and can attest to the friendliness of staff, importance of these programs, and having the opportunity to give back to such a wonderful organization means a lot to me.
My goal is to raise $200, which will help a family access an evening counselling session. Regardless of family dynamic or mental health status, counseling can be helpful for so many different reasons!
As an extra incentive, if/when we hit the $200 goal I’ve set, for every additional $25 donated I will complete an additional kilometer. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are only able to donate online, but you will receive a tax receipt emailed directly to you at time of donation.

The Trenton MFRC is proud of the unparalleled strength that our staff and volunteers have shown through their ongoing support of virtual programming and services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your donations go directly to the Trenton MFRC to continue to support the access and availability of programs and services for 4,400 military members and approximately 7,500 dependants living in the Quinte West region, like deployment and separation, childcare and mental health.
Now more than ever, the Trenton MFRC needs generous support from our community to help us meet the unique needs of our families, and every dollar makes a difference.
