Everything You Need to know about Community in Motion
This year’s event has gone virtual! From Sunday September 5th to Sunday September 12th we encourage everyone to walk, run or wheel 2km or 5km! The benefit of this years event being a week long is that, you can walk, run and wheel wherever you like...whenever you like!!!
Participants have the option of inputting the distance that they travelled during the week of the event on their race roster profile. To enter your kilometers please follow these steps:
Sign into your Race Roster account here
Click “Edit registration” in the right corner of the screen
Enter your kilometers under the question “How many kilometers did you run, walk, or wheel today?”
Click ‘save & exit’
Prizes
- Fundraising Prizes
A. Community in Motion SWAG PRIZE
- Participants who are part of a team will receive a team prize
- Participants who raise over $50 will receive a shirt
- Participants who raise over $100 will receive a shirt & SWAG BAG
Event SWAG can be picked up starting Tuesday September 7th at Community Living London's main office during business hours. Location:
190 Adelaide St S London, ON N5Z 3L/ Hours: 8:30am to 4pm.
B. Top Fundraising Prizes
The top fundraising teams and participants will win amazing prize packages!
*Prizes winners will be announced on the last day of Community in Motion- September 12 2021.
All donations/pledges must be in by noon on Sunday September 12th for the participant to be eligible for a prize.
Any donations that we received after will be accepted and greatly appreciated, but will not be counted towards the participants finale tally.
Prizes can be picked up at the main office or a drop off can be arranged.
$$$$- Cash donations will be accepted and can be dropped off at Community Living London's main office (190 Adelaide St S London, ON N5Z 3L1) during office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm.
COMMUNITY IN MOTION PHOTO SUBMISSION PRIZE WINNER
During the week of Community in Motion we encourage participants to post photos of them participating in the event and tag Community Living London on social media. Participants can also send in photos of them participating in the event that our organization will share on social media.
