Help Frankie raise money

Hello and welcome to my YANA fundraising page.

My name is Frankie and I'm part of the Courtenay Fire Department team for this year's annual YANA ride. 

YANA Holds a special place in my heart, my fiancé has had to use this as his son was severely sick as a young child, YANA helped keep them close as they travelled to Vancouver to children's hospital and as it's a local charity started in 1986 by Sandra Williams after the financial and emotional devastation resulting from her daughter’s diagnosis of congenital heart failure and lengthy medical treatment in Vancouver.

All their hard work and devotion means soo much to me and to others. 

Sandra and her family created YANA With the soul purpose of making sure Comox valley families had financial support as they traveled for their childrens medical visits to southern Vancouver Island and Vancouver.

They created a way to keep families close to their loved ones without worries of extremely high travel bills on top of the medical procedure worries they were already facing.

This year my fundraising goal is $1000 and I pledge to ride 1000km in the month of August.

These kids and families never give up, they can't so I pledge to never give and as any one who rides and raises funds for Yana, we will never stop raising money and awareness to this amazing local charity.

I'd like to send a million thank yous to all who have and will donate, and I want you all to know, every little bit counts 🙏 thank you from the bottom of my heart.
