My Story…
YANA is an amazing Comox Valley charity supporting expecting mothers and families of children who will need to travel out of our home community to BC Children's Hospital for care. This will include us this year, currently expecting our first in September 2021 and will need to deliver in Vancouver for some advanced neonatal care, as our little guy will require surgery soon after birth. Please support this amazing cause that helps families like ours in most difficult times!
Description
Every dollar raised in the community goes to help provide financial support and accommodation to Comox Valley families who need to travel to access medical care for a child or pregnant mother.
$50 = 1 night stay at a YANA apartment in Vancouver near BC Children’s Hospital
$100 = 1 night stay near Nanaimo Hospital
$200 = YANA envelope of cash for family’s emergency hospital transfer
$400 = 2 weeks stay at Jeneece Place in Victoria
$1000 = 1 month travel expense funding for a family away from home
