Welcome to the 2021 Filipino Heritage Month Virtual 5K/10K Fun Run!
We'd love to have an in-person race this year but we're not quite there yet, so instead, we'll Run/Walk/Ride together virtually. And you can do it your way! You can run, walk, bike, scooter, Peloton, swim or do it any other way you want. Together we can do it with Pinoy pride!
Theme: Dress up in your favourite Filipino costume and attire. Barong Tagalog, Filipiniana and Filipino flag are examples. You are only limited by your imagination.
This event raises funds for the Rosalinda Natividad-Cantiveros Memorial Foundation. The scholarship endowment fund is registered with the Winnipeg Foundation and donations can be made directly on their website.
Rosalinda Natividad Cantiveros Foundation Fund
This scholarship endowment fund was established in memory of Rosalinda Natividad-Cantiveros, co-founder of the Filipino Journal and a community leader in Winnipeg. Gifts to this fund are invested and the annual income generated for grantmaking will support students from the Filipino community.
