Athletics Ontario Membership
If you wish to become a valued Athletes Ontario member, and be eligible for prizes join here! (our recreational memberships start at $5 for under 12 and $25 for age 14 and up). Principles of the Athletics Ontario Community Time Trial Series - Virtual
#1) Set and achieve short term goals in an online community
#2) Learn about existing virtual and in-person events, running clubs, specialty running stores and coaches in Ontario
#3) Learn how to incorporate time trials into your short term and long term training programs
1) *Optional: Join Strava, a free online tracker and social community for runners, where you can also join our Strava Run Club www.strava.com/clubs/athleticsontario. If you don't belong to strava a screenshot of some form will be needed to submit your results

3) Submit your result to the official leaderboard on this Race Roster page HERE with a screen shot of your activity (resubmissions are permitted within the two week segment).
Consult with a physician before training or participating in an event
• Review route before running
• Pick route and time to avoid congestion
• Carry a mobile phone as a means to connect if you require assistance while running
• Plan route to obtain adequate hydration and nourishment
