DUCK AND RUN 5K

General Race Information: Starting and Ending point will be Big Spring Memorial Park in Athens. There will be one water station mid-way through the course and splits will be called at each mile.

Entry Fee: Pre-registration for 5K is $25. Late and Race Day Registration is $30. Online registration through Race Roster ends at 11:59 pm on 9/11/21.

First 25 to register will win a free entry into KALB's Wacky Quacky Ducky Derby in October 2021 (date to be determined)! *Must fill out form at Packet Pickup to be entered to win.*

Packet Pickup and Late Registration:
Friday, September 17th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the KALB office-125 East Street, Athens, AL

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup will begin at 5:45 a.m. at the KALB office-125 East Street
5K begins at 7:00 a.m.

5K Course Information: Course Certification AL21009JE. Begins southbound on East Street at the Washington Street intersection. Continues south on East Street to Forrest Street and turns right. Continues to Houston Street and turns right. Continues to First Avenue and turns right. Continues to Madison Street and turns right. Continues to Market Street and turns left. Continues to Marion Street and turns right. Continues to Forrest Street and turns left. Continues to Beaty Street and turns left. Continues to Big Spring Park and turns right into the parking lot. Continues to finish line a few feet before the park's dedication monument.
