- Monday evenings from 6:30-8pm:
TRI-specific swim session coached by QU Tri coaches
**[June 7, 14, 21, 28-- July 5, 12, 19, 26-- Aug 2, 9) - Thursday evenings from 6:30-8pm:
TRI-specific cycling-studio session (on the RevBox trainers!) coached by QU Tri coaches
**[June 10, 17, 24-- July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29-- Aug 5, 12] - Coach support at a local TRI event: Ballantyne Tri on July-17th.....
A 'training team' race: Perfect for beginner and experienced triathletes alike! - TRI-specific private instructional 1on1 sessions available with Queens Tri coaches: ($99/1on1)
- nutritional consult
- bike-fitting
- lactate threshold power ramp test (w/ Wahoo)
- run gait analysis
- transitions 1on1
- swim-stroke analysis
- bike handling skills 1on1
- etc....
Cost: $300 to attend all 20 Summer sessions for 10 week duration ($15/session)
......(or pay for individual sessions at $30/workout). Register online or bring check/cash to the sessions.
Start date: Monday June-7th!
