2021 Forever Young 8K

Age is nothing but a number. Stay active, get healthy and keep running.

The Forever Young Club is proud to be sponsoring the 7th annual Forever Young 8K. There are many senior (55+) walkers and runners in our communities. This event is a chance for them to gain well-deserved recognition for their commitment to fitness. The Forever Young 8K celebrates active seniors, setting an example to encourage all seniors to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We don’t want to be a small part of a big running event – we want to have our own running event! The finishers last year could not have been more proud of their medals and event T-shirts, symbols of their physical accomplishments. Register soon for a chance to wear yours in 2021.

The Forever Young 8K is a Not for Profit event. Our charity of choice is the Dream On Seniors Wish Foundation.


The Forever Young 8K is sanctioned by BC Athletics.

Richmond Oval


This year’s run will take place at the Richmond Olympic Oval. Housing thousands of activities under one roof, the Richmond Oval offers its guests over 50 drop-in classes per week, a wide variety of court sports, a 20,000 square foot Fitness Centre, and personal and specialized training services that will help support your healthy choices and fitness aspirations.

1. Registration is available in person at race package pick up once online is closed.

2. 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.

Race Package Pick Up

Friday, September 10th from 4:00 – 7:00pm at the Run Inn, 2331 West 41st Ave.

Saturday, September 11th from 10:00am – 12:00pm and 3:00 - 6:00pm at the Richmond Olympic Oval Sport Store.

Sunday, (Race Day) September 12th 7:30 – 8:30am on the Richmond Olympic Oval Riverside Plaza.
