Tidewell Foundation, Inc.

The Tidewell Foundation, Inc. is an independent charitable foundation established to ensure perpetual philanthropic support to Tidewell Hospice and the healthcare companies within the Stratum Health System family. Charitable contributions to the Tidewell Foundation sustain and grow the critically important programs and services provided through the not-for-profit mission of Tidewell Hospice and its affiliates.

Individuals:

1. If you raise $250-499 you’ll receive a Trot Water Bottle
2. If you raise $500-999 you’ll receive a Trot Hat
3. If you raise $1,000-2499 you’ll receive a Trot Runners Towel
4. If you raise $2,500+ you’ll receive a Trot Water Bottle, Trot hat, Trot Runners towel

**The individual who raises the most money will receive a Winner’s Trophy; A shout out in our Foundation newsletter, social media and website; all of the above swag + Workout Duffle Bag; and, of course, bragging rights!

Teams: (4-8 members)

1. If you raise $1,000-1999 you’ll each receive a Trot Water Bottle
2. If you raise $2,000-2999 you’ll each receive a Trot Hat
3. If you raise $3,000-4999 you’ll each receive a Trot Runners Towel
4. If you raise $5,000+ you’ll each receive a Trot Water Bottle, Trot hat, Trot Runners Towel
