Swim/Bike/Run scheduled for July 4th at the Bedford Lions pool.
This event will follow phase 3 of the NS COVID reopenning plan.
Parents and spectators will not be permitted at the race site so we can maximize participates and stay within gathering limits
The prerace briefing will be done up as a Youtube video and the link posted for all participates to review.
Participants will be required to complete a race day COVID 19 screening prior to entering the race site.
There will be 4 race starts. Each racer is permitted at the race site for 60 minutes.
8:30 - enter, race, depart by 9:30
9:30 - enter at 9:30 - race - depart by 10:30
10:30 - enter at 10:30 - race - depart by 11:30
11:30 - enter at 11:30 - race - depart at 12:30
Race distances
8:30 - 300 swim, 10km bike, 3km run
9:30 - 300m swim, 10km bike, 2km run
10:30 - 200m swim, 6.5km bike, 1km run
11:30 - 100m swim, 3.2km bike, 1km run
