WVTC is delighted to invite you to the 16th run of the Garin Park XC Challenge on Saturday Sep 25, 2021. As in previous years you will tackle a tough and scenic 5k run, up and down the Garin Park ridge.

Important Additional details...
- Race day registration fee is $35
- This year the ranger will be present at the parking booth you will be charged $5 for parking. They only accept cash, so come prepared!
- We will be following the current county guidelines for COVID, please check the county website (https://covid-19.acgov.org/index.page) for more information. Requirements will be sent out the week before to all registered runners.
- Comped runner? Please send an email to heypalermo@aol.com for a comp code.
- Team entries together? Send an email to heypalermo@aol.com with a spreadsheet with the name of each runner. You will be given a code for each runner, but they must each enter their own data and sign the waiver. No group team entries after September 15th.
Prizes
The Garin Park XC Challenge is part of the Pacific Association of USA Track & Field Cross Country series (for more info: pausatf.org). Total prize money is $1,500 and eligible USATF runners and teams will be awarded:
- Open team $75/$50/$25
- Masters team $75/$25
- Senior team $50
- Open individual: $150/$75/$50
- Masters: $75/$50
- Seniors: $50
