Help Maureen raise money

To all my family and friends!

Three years ago in the summer of 2018, my dear friend Julia Wise was diagnosed with stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.  Shortly after she learned of her diagnosis, as she sat on my deck while we ate pizza Julia expressed that she wanted to form a team to participate in an event "Dewey Goes Pink" that is held annually in Dewey Beach, Delaware.  We formed a team in support of Julia - Team "Wise Will Rise" and since 2018 we have raised over $ 38,000.

Sadly, at just 26 years old, Julia passed away on February 11, 2021.  Julia's family has decided to honor Julia in this year's 2021 Dewey Goes Pink and we have created "Team Julia".   

This event raises funds for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition which is a non-profit organization that assists patients and their families by providing outreach and education, peer mentors, support groups, financial assistance, and much more.

Supporting non-profit organizations that help Breast Cancer survivors has always been a platform I have supported and help raise funds for.  So often I learn that someone else 's life has been changed by breast cancer including most recently my mother who was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer luckily caught early but nonetheless will require some treatment which will include radiation.

So, every time I ask, you generously give, and I thank you for supporting me.  This year as we honor my dear friend Julia Kate Wise, would you consider making a donation to my team/Team Julia?
