Ed’s House Hike, Bike & Bark for Hospice
Join us for the the 2021 Hike, Bike and Bark for Hospice event, presented by signature sponsors Tina Hubicki and Lee Caswell of Bosley Real Estate, in support of Community Care Northumberland's hospice services offered out of Ed's House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre. Register as an individual, family or team, collect pledges, and 'hike' your way for hospice. Go for a hike on one of our local trails, walk your dog, cycle, swim or complete any other activity of your choosing from August 21st to September 4th.
Registration
- Register as an individual ($25), family ($50) or team ($100) and collect pledges until September 4th.
- The first 100 participants can pick up their complimentary registration kit at Ed's House (1301 Ontario Street, Cobourg), on Saturday, August 21st from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Kits include a t-shirt, a cookie from Roda's Kitchen and more. Dog bandanas are also available for your furry friend!
Hike, Bike and Bark Your Way
- From August 21st to September 4th, take a stroll through one of our local trails, take your dog for a walk, set out on a bike ride or partake in your chosen activity in support of hospice.

Join us September 4th at Ed’s House,
- Celebrate the last day of Hike, Bike and Bark for Hospice and the 1st anniversary of the opening of Ed's House, as well as drop off any cash or cheque pledges (if applicable) on Saturday, September 4th. Participants are invited to join us at Ed's House (1301 Ontario Street, Cobourg) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a celebratory BBQ. Celebration pending COVID-19 rules and regulations. Safety measures will be in place.
Prizes are available for Top Individual, Top Team and Top Dog.
