Aging Ahead provides programs, services and resources to support individuals and their caregivers on the journey of aging. Delivering nutritious Meals on Wheels with a safety check to home-bound older adults, supports a nourished life. This is just one of many services we offer to older adults in St. Charles, St. Louis, Franklin and Jefferson Counties.
In order to help ensure the health and safety of our staff, volunteers and participants, this event will now be held virtually. Thank you for your support!
All participants will be contacted by mid-October with information regarding shirt and goody bag pickup.

Awards Info
Awards will be given to the top finishers in the 5K in the following categories:
Top male & female overall
Top male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 & over.
