TIME 9:00am 5k Run/Walk
COURSE The course will be out and back on the Rail Trail starting and finishing right behind the Seneca Center.
REGISTRATION / PACKET PICK-UP Registration and packet pick-up will be at Morgantown Running on Friday, September 10, 2011 from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Race day packet pick-up and registration is available at Morgantown Running from 7:30am-8:45am.
*If you rather not register on-line, you can register at the store at anytime!!*
PRIZES 5k Run: Top 3 male and top 3 female finishers. 5k Walk: The top male and female will receive a a prize! *
SHIRTS Up to 200 participants will receive a t-shirt.
DESCRIPTION: Join us for a morning 5k to honor the extraordinary heroism and sacrifice of all those involved in the tragic events of 9/11. We are honored to hold this event to remember the ones we lost 20 years ago.
All proceeds from this 5k will go to the City of Morgantown Police Department and Star City Police Department. We are extremely thankful for all they do!
