We’re excited to announce the return of the Runner’s Soul Racing Team! We will be offering an 8-week session, running on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm from August 17 to October 5.
The Runner’s Soul Racing Team is for any runner who is looking to work on their speed. All paces are welcome, and all workouts can be modified to suit your ability. Workouts are geared towards 5k and 10k races.
Registration for the Summer/Fall session is capped at 30. Please note that if government restrictions are implemented during the session, all remaining workouts will be virtual via Facebook, with no refunds offered.
