This virtual 5K is a celebration of the mind, specifically the mental benefits of running. We encourage you to take a moment out of your busy, chaotic life and celebrate being free from responsibility for 3.1 miles.

Zappos has made a $5,000 donation to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI, to support the importance of taking care of one's mental health. In lieu of race registration fees, donations to NAMI are encouraged. NAMI helps families and individuals affected by mental illness build better lives through education, support, and advocacy.
