Race is limited to 100 runners/walkers. meaning if we have 30 kids we can only have 70 in the 5km....register ASAP...dont be left out!!!!
wearing masks inside at all times while moving around is required, (as it is in bars/restaurants) as well as vaccine proof and id..you can still race if you arent double vaccinated but will not be able to enter the building.. we hope all understand we are just following the rules,that have been changed constantly the last 6 months, while holding races for all to participate in.

Absolutely no refunds(due to the changing outlook ).. you can run our VIRTUAL RUN and still receive all the race swag! but will not be mailed out..pick up in Hamilton.
