Completing the 'Our Mother Earth 500 Mile Quest'

Run or walk 500 miles (804 km) or complete the distance by any means you can *

* If running or walking is not possible, then propel yourself using only human power; bike (no e-bikes!!!), swim, or do whatever you can!

• Record your steps and upload the details using the free Runkeeper app. You can also upload your progress directly into your personal dashboard on this page.
• Share your progress in our Facebook Page Group to inspire others and be proud of your achievement.
• All finishers will receive an environmentally friendly cardboard box containing a unique crystal finisher's medal made from 100% recyclable crystal. All parts of the medal come from sustainable sources, and a T-shirt or Polo shirt (it's your choice), made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. All finishers will receive a link to download a framable finisher's certificate.
• Participants under 12 years old and over 65 and participants with physical challenges can optionally be recognized as a finisher when they completed 50 miles rather than 500.
