Whether your paddling has two ducks or a dozen, they are excited to be adopted and are ready to dash against thousands of others to benefit the Child Life Programs at Sutter Children's Center & UC Davis Children's Hospital.

Funds raised by The Duck Dash will be used to benefit hospitalized children. Donated funds are used for programs including Beads of Courage & Music Therapy and activities such as art projects, games, musical instruments, activity books, toys, movies, video games, iPads, Kindles, and exercise equipment. These programs and activities are designed to help children and families cope with their medical experiences, educate children about their illnesses, prepare them for procedures and surgeries, offer normal childhood play experiences, and celebrate holidays and special events during hospitalization.
The Duck Dash is owned and operated by Donut Dash, a registered 501(c)3. Tax ID 27-1671648

Can I keep the ducks I adopt?
Because our ducks are specially trained racing ducks and we use them year after year, they remain in our care after the event.
Do I have to be present to win?
No, each duck is numbered and assigned for tracking so we will contact winners via phone and/or email.
