Be a part of a unique family tradition and join us for the 12th annual BCS Turkey Trot! We have a family fun atmosphere with a one mile fun run/walk, and a 5K. This is the largest non-marathon BCS Race Series Race with over 1500 participants last year. This will be a great morning celebrating family, fun, and Thanksgiving.
Join us at 8am on Thanksgiving Day, November 25th, for this great community event!
In order to honor our frontline healthcare workers and ensure our friends at Baylor Scott & White Health have the space they need to care for Covid patients, we’ve decided to move this year’s Turkey Trot to Momentum Plaza in Bryan.
We will have a 5K run around the neighborhoods of Copperfield in Bryan, and a family fun 1 mile walk/run around Momentum Plaza. The start/finish will take place at Momentum Plaza at Copperfield Pkwy. and University Dr.. The costs are $20 for kids/students, $25 for adults, or $75 for a family of up to five. Participants will receive a race t-shirt along with post-race goodies including slices of pie and beer from Blackwater Draw Brewing Co..
This race is a family fun event, and will not be timed.
Proceeds from the race will go directly to local non-profit organizations, including Mercy Project.
