The Time Trial Series is BACK!!!
Whether you are looking to augment your training or are unable to attend our in person events we offer a FREE series of distances you can run, or race-walk on the track, roads or trails.
This will begin with a series of distances that match our current Cross Country events throughout October and November 2021.
For the October-November choose from ANY DISTANCE below for each bi-weekly segment that suits your training plan.
- This series is all about PARTICIPATION, and open to ALL levels, ages and abilities
- Re-run or re-race-walk distances as many times as you wish, resubmissions are permitted
- *SCREENSHOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR RESULTS (simply take a snapshot of your watch/garmin/strava etc.) and easily upload on the results to the results submission page
Results and age graded rankings will be updated on the Wednesday following the upcoming in person meets:
October 17, 2021 AO XC Prep #2
October 31, 2021 AO XC Prep #3
November 14, 2021 AO XC Champs
November 27, 2021 Canadian XC Champs
Thank you to our Partner WealthSense, a grand prize at the end of November will be awarded through a draw of the top participants (eligible to Athletics Ontario Members only)

This time trial series will continue throughout the winter months with distances of 400 meters and up. Stay tuned!!

• Pick route and time to avoid congestion
• Carry a mobile phone as a means to connect if you require assistance while running
• Plan route to obtain adequate hydration and nourishment
