Join us to "Rock Your Socks" and support the Liberty Eagles and RE-Emerge!
The Liberty P.E. Department is hosting the 2nd annual Rock Your Socks 5K and 1 Mile Run - Virtually! Run your run anytime between November 19th and November 22nd anywhere you want. The race is open to high school students, staff and all of the community to promote fitness, fun, and goal setting to achieve overall wellness.
Participants can participate anytime and anywhere during the week of the run using a GPS watch or other run tracking device and submitting their times. Or you can run just for fun and share pictures of smiling faces rockin and rollin with fun socks. This year we want to encourage teams sock choices and attire to demonstrate ongoing support for our U.S. Military, their families and veterans. What this looks like is up to you!
NEW: This year's proceeds will benefit Re-Emerge, a non-profit adaptive training program offering a 9 week, 100% free, veteran only program that will shape body, mind and soul to create a stronger, more confident person.

Shirt & Packet Distribution
Participants can either pick their shirts up from Coach Hall @ Liberty on 11/18 or 11/19, or pay $8 to have their packet shipped to them.
Register by Sunday, October 31st to get your race packet before race week. All registrants after 10/31 will receive their packets after race week, but can still complete their run and submit their times.
Awards
Medals for the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 5K. The team with the best attire (socks included) will win a special gift! You must tweet a picture #LibertyRocksSocksforVeterans to enter this contest.
