Routes
95-mile
Riders that have registered for the 95-mile long route, understand and agree, that in the event they have not reached the short/long route split at mile 33.3 by 10:30 am, they will not be allowed to continue on the 95-mile long route. Riders that do not make the cut-off will be directed onto the shorter route where they can continue to ride with full support until finished. The cut-off time will be adjusted if the ride start is delayed.
All routes are subject to change. Official cue sheets will be available at packet pick up. Printed cue sheets provided by Map My Ride or Ride with GPS may not be accurate and are not endorsed by BSG.
Route Markings
All routes are clearly marked before, at, and after each turn. Riders should use caution at all intersections even if the intersection is being controlled by local law enforcement officers or first responders. Not all intersections will be controlled and it is the rider’s decision how and when to enter any intersection.
Aid Stations / Rest Stops
Both routes are fully supported with Aid Stations, SAG support, and limited mechanical support. Aid stations will provide water, sports drink, fruit, and snacks. Facilities are available at each Aid Station.
SAG Support
SAG (Support and Gear) support is provided for both routes. SAG support does not provide mechanical assistance but will move riders forward to Aid Stations where mechanical support is available. SAG support will only move riders forward on the route. Riders returning to the start/finish area after abandoning the ride may be delayed. All riders should have a bicycle in good working order and carry a spare tube with the correct stem length for the wheels being used.
