I have been training for this event for over a month now...and it is hard work! But I believe in this event and have seen the joy it brings to the students who attend. I also love how it turns many of those students into lifelong volunteers and contributors to the project. Please donate what you can:)
Description
I am running in support of Children's Aid Foundation of Canada to raise critical funds to strengthen families and support children and youth involved in child welfare.
Your donation supports the delivery of high-impact programs that directly serve children and youth across Canada who have experienced or live at risk of abuse and neglect. Through these transformative programs, families are strengthened so they can keep kids at home, young people in care are provided access to enrichment opportunities like camp, sports and the arts, and youth aging out of the child welfare system are empowered to overcome their trauma and create a life for themselves filled of unstoppable successes.
