My Story…
I am running for Canadian Humanitarian because I think it has the most successful poverty reduction strategy of any NGO I know of in Ethiopia. Providing children with an education, and providing children and their care givers with health care has been making a big difference for a number of years. I know -- I volunteered with Canadian Humanitarian in Ethiopia in 2010, and I saw results. Because Canadian Humanitarian relies on volunteers, there is very little overhead. See realhumanitarian.ca .
