Hi, I'm Nicole!
I am a 4th year Engineering Science student at the University of Toronto and have been competing as a dancer on the Varsity Dance Team for over 2 years! Balancing my involvement on this team and an academically demanding program has not been easy, but I am a firm believer that nothing fulfilling is ever easy.
This reason is why I have decided to participate in a half-marathon (8 weeks prior to race day)! I have always thoroughly enjoyed running, but never challenged myself to run further than 9K. This training experience has been a true test of mental and physical toughness, but I am confident in my ability to take on this challenge.
