Young Parents program aims to encourage, equip and empower pregnant and parenting youth (ages 15-25) in the GTA. We believe in the potential of every young mom and dad and it is our privilege to support them in their journey of parenting and stepping into their future with hope. Description
There are over 1 million young people in the Toronto Area alone. Youth Unlimited’s vision is to see every one of them transformed by God's love. Our hope is that by cultivating relationships with caring adults who will mentor and cheer them on, our young people will be able to bring about positive change to our city – both now and in the future. In order to come alongside young people to address their unique challenges and vulnerabilities, Youth Unlimited partners with local churches and organizations in grassroots programming to foster the wholistic transformation of young people and their communities.
