Our story…
Justice for Children and Youth (“JFCY”) is a community legal clinic serving children and young people across the province of Ontario. We provide summary advice and direct legal representation to eligible clients in many areas of law, including Youth Criminal Justice, Education, Human Rights, Immigration and some Family matters. We also provide public legal education and participate in law reform initiatives.
Our work has recently been enhanced by the addition of a primarily donor-funded social worker to our team. Fundraising is critical to ensuring that our clients obtain access to justice and we greatly appreciate the support.
