Changes are coming as the Tecumseh Triathlon Weekend returns on July 30/31st.
The first big news is we have been able to bring on board Movati Athletic as the triathlon sponsor on Sunday July 31st. Lincoln will be are new Tecumseh Triathlon Weekend sponsor. Lincoln will be driving all our transportation needs throughout our weekend.
Next bit of news is we are now part of the Can AM Police-Fire-Games being held in Windsor the week of July 25-31st. These games highlight our First Responders participating in at least 40 different events with our triathlon in Tecumseh being part of these games. These games have a web site that First Responders can sign up through www.windsor2022.ca.
In 2022 we have chosen Kid's Sport as our Charity to support. Kid's Sport helps young kids get involved in sports events and, plus they support the kid's in making it possible for children to be able to enter such events as ours.
Please have a look at what Holiday Inn has to offer regarding booking accommodations as that are supporting our event as well. If you choose to stay here in Tecumseh the Holiday Inn is only about 1.2km from race site.
We will also be welcoming a new sponsor Gruppo Nutrition as the official sponsor for our Team Relay Challenge events. Relays can be a great way for corporations to team build and individual teams to enjoy being able to be part of the triathlon and duathlon event.
One last thing is we also have a great kids triathlon and Duathlon on the Saturday July 30th over at Lacasse Park.
