You are invited to try our "Eat the Rainbow"' challenge; where every day in march we encourage you to consume (in a healthy way) at least one (1) full serving of that week's suggested "colour challenge" fruit or vegetables!
Colour themes change each week. We'll even provide a list of food suggestions to get you started.
Eat at least one (1) full serving of any item on the suggested list each day and you'll receive an equivalent of 1Km for every meal that meets the challenge criteria.
Provide a photo of your meal creation when you enter your daily total.
The top 3 performers at the end of the month will receive a prize!
