My Story…
Why I decided to be a part of the 40 Hour Famine Challenge...
I've always wanted to participate in 40 Hour Famine for a long time but I never actually took that step to sign up until this year. Since COVID began two years ago, I have come to realise how unappreciative I have been for what I have. I have taken the bare necessities, like food, for granted while other people may be living in conditions where they don't know if they can continue to feed their families the next day. Through 40 hour famine, I really want to provide some hope for people living in less fortunate situations and remind them that there are people in the world who are participating in fundraising challenges such as the 40 Hour Famine and raising money to support them!
I have decided to give up my glasses for 40 hours!
